🦸‍♂️ Fiegel’s Fix-It Small Business Super Hero Contest

Official Rules & Guidelines

1. Eligibility

  • This contest is only open to small, locally owned businesses located in Central Arkansas.

  • Each business may submit one (1) entry per contest cycle.

  • Businesses must be actively operating at the time of entry.

  • Corporations, franchises, national chains, MLMs, and non-local entities are not eligible.

  • Fiegel’s Fix-It employees and immediate household members may participate for fun, but are not eligible to win, unless otherwise stated.

2. Entry Guidelines

  • Each entry must feature a Super Hero–themed design representing the business, its owner(s), employees, mascot, or brand.

  • Accepted formats include:

    • Digital artwork

    • Hand-drawn or painted artwork

    • Physical art (photographed clearly)

    • AI-generated artwork

  • All creative styles are welcome.

  • Artwork must be original or properly licensed.

  • If an artist other than the business owner created the artwork, artist credit must be given.

  • Entries containing hateful, explicit, or harmful content will be disqualified at the sole discretion of Fiegel’s Fix-It.

3. Ownership & Usage Rights

  • All artwork remains the property of the business and/or artist.

  • By entering, participants grant Fiegel’s Fix-It permission to:

    • Display submissions on our website and social media

    • Share entries for promotional and voting purposes

  • Artwork will not be sold or altered without permission.

4. Contest Categories (If Applicable)

  • Depending on overall turnout, categories may be implemented to ensure fairness.

  • Categories may include (but are not limited to):

    • Solo operators

    • Small teams

    • Brick-and-mortar businesses

    • Mobile or service-based businesses

    • Artist-created vs. self-created designs

  • Categories are not guaranteed and will be announced prior to voting if used.

5. Voting Process

  • Voting details, timelines, and links will be announced separately.

  • A revised and improved voting system will be implemented to promote fairness and reduce abuse.

  • Voting limits, verification methods, and eligibility rules may differ from previous contests.

  • Any attempt to manipulate votes—including bots, duplicate submissions, or fraudulent activity—may result in disqualification.

6. Determining Winners

  • Winners will be determined based on:

    • Verified votes

    • Applicable category placement (if categories are used)

  • Fiegel’s Fix-It reserves the right to:

    • Adjust voting structures

    • Add categories

    • Declare ties

    • Award multiple winners

  • All decisions made by Fiegel’s Fix-It are final.

7. Prizes

  • Prizes will be announced prior to or during voting.

  • Prize values may vary year to year.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value unless stated otherwise.

8. Conduct, Sportsmanship & Drama

  • This contest is meant to be fun, loud, community-driven, and slightly chaotic.

  • Good-faith drama is encouraged.
    Friendly rivalries, playful trash-talk, memes, and enthusiastic campaigning are all welcome.

  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, or bad-faith attempts to harm another business will result in disqualification.

  • If it wouldn’t fly at a backyard cookout with neighbors… don’t do it here.

9. Right to Modify or Cancel

  • Fiegel’s Fix-It reserves the right to:

    • Modify contest rules

    • Adjust timelines

    • Add or remove categories

    • Improve voting systems

    • Cancel the contest due to unforeseen circumstances

  • Any changes will be communicated publicly.

10. Agreement

  • By entering, participants acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to these rules.
