SERVICE AVAILABILITY MATRIx
⚠️ Service Availability Disclaimer
This service chart is provided as a general rule of thumb to help illustrate the types of equipment and services Fiegel’s Fix-It commonly supports. It is not a guarantee of service availability for any specific unit, repair, or customer.
Actual service eligibility may vary based on factors including (but not limited to) equipment condition, model, access, parts availability, workload, scheduling, and safety considerations.
While some categories are marked as “Refer Out & Not Offered” (including Big Trucks & Motorcycles), Fiegel’s Fix-It does maintain existing relationships and may continue servicing certain equipment or customers on a case-by-case basis. At this time, we may not be accepting new customers for select equipment categories.
If you’re unsure whether your equipment qualifies, please reach out — we’re always happy to discuss your situation and point you in the right direction when possible.
We also refer out jobs that we normally accept to other local mechanics when we are unable to get to customers within their requested timeframe.
